Ultimate Onion Burgers

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

Shape into 6 patties and pan fry using butter over medium heat.

When juices start to run clear reduce heat and top each burger with Pik-Nik French onions followed by shredded cheddar cheese.

While still in pan use a tablespoon to pour excess oil
over the cheese to melt.

Serve on onion buns and add lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise if desired.
