  • Are Pik-Nik products gluten-free?

    Our potato sticks are 100% gluten-free. We made this ridiculously good gluten-free snack with just a few ingredients, including  fresh potatoes & pure palm oil.

  • Does Pik-Nik contain Nuts or any other Allergen?
    • Pik-Nik products are manufactured on shared equipment also used for dairy and wheat. Products containing soy and sesame products may be processed at the same facility.
    • Our seasonings do not include peanuts, tree nuts or their respected derivatives.

  • Where does Pik-Nik ship?

    We ship to all states in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept online payments through PayPal.

  • How do I place a return or exchange?

    Please reach out to us at customerservice@pikfoods.com and we can help process your return or exchange.

  • Do you accept refunds?

    We strive to ensure a great experience for you. If we failed to meet this standard, please contact us at customerservice@pikfoods.com and we'll gladly help you.

  • Where can I find Pik-Nik?

    We sell Pik-Nik at all Safeway stores, Kroger stores, Walmart Superstores, Publix and HEB.


    Please contact our Customer Service for other stores that sell Pik-Nik around your area, whether domestic or international. We are here to help you find our delicious snacks!


    Please note, we currently do not have information on what flavors or sizes stores carry. If our products are not sold by you locally, please visit our Shop Now page instead!

  • Who do I Contact for Product Quality Issues or Complaints?

    Please email customerservice@pikfoods.com for any inquiries or complaints.


    In your email, please include the following:

    • Product issue (please include photos)
    • The lot code and best by date (both located at the bottom of the can)
    • The store where you purchased the can

    Please allow at least 24 hrs. of response time.


    We ensure the best quality products but due to the nature of using varied crops of potatoes, size and color may vary.

  • What is the CA Warning Statement on the Pik-Nik lids?

    The Proposition 65 requires businesses in California to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information about Proposition 65 Warnings, please go to P65warnings.Ca.Gov.

  • Where is your manufacturing facility located?

    All of our products are made in the USA! Our manufacturing facility is located in Madera, CA.

  • What if I have a recipe idea?

    If you use a Pik-Nik product as an ingredient, let us know! We’ll test the recipe, and your creation could end up on our website.
