  • To perform any other action as may be necessary to implement the terms and conditions of our contract.

D.) When you are a participant in the marketing initiatives of the Company, such as the sweepstakes promotions:

  • To be able to process your entry or participation in the promotional campaign (ie sweepstakes); determine the winner and to inform or communicate and award the prizes to the winner of the contest or promotions.

  • Identifiers:
    • Full name, nickname, postal address/billing address/shipping address, e-mail address, and other similar identifiers;
  • Customer Record Information:
    • Name, signature, government issued identification document which includes, but not limited to identity (ID) cards, licenses, social security number, bank account number, credit or debit card number, other financial information; and
  • In the case of our employees, their Professional or Employment related information.

  • Submit a proposal and related business documents;
  • Fill-out our forms and submit necessary documents;
  • Submit information through any form on our digital platforms or contact us through any of our social media accounts;
  • Purchase or avail of any of our products and promos;
  • Provide personal information in relation to inquiries, requests, and complaints; and
  • Disclose your personal information through phone calls, emails, SMSs or verbal communication with our authorized representatives.

Our website does not use cookies. Thus, we do not retain any information based from your visits on our website.
